Free Shipping:

All orders in Canada (excluding Territories) over $80 will ship for free. 

Shipping Method:

Upon checkout, you may choose 1 of 3 shipping options from Canada Post: Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, or Priority. These services come with a tracking number and up to $100 liability coverage. Rescue Coffee Co. assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items during shipping and delivery. We cannot guarantee weather and delivery conditions or damage caused to the outside of the parcel. *US Small Packet does not come with a tracking number.

Covid-19 Shipping Delays:

Due to record high volumes and staffing shortages because of Covid-19, Canada Post can no longer honour delivery date guarantees. While the majority of our shipments within Atlantic Canada are arriving in good time, parcels being sent to Ontario, Western Canada, and Internationally may take longer than usual. We are not given any additional information on the tracking of your item and can only see what you see. 

It is possible that you will experience a shipping delay, and while we wish we could help, it is out of our hands. For up to date information on Canada Post's shipping procedures and news, please refer to their website here.

Processing Times:

Your order will be delivered to the post office within 1-3 days. If your item is urgent, please contact us

Return Policy:

Unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the refund.
