Q. How does my purchase support animal rescues?

A portion, 10% of every sale goes directly to our partnered animal rescue organizations. We partner with shelters across Canada that helps animals in need in various ways. 

Q. Are these coffee's flavoured? Why is there flavour's listed?

Our coffee's are not flavoured. The flavours listed on our bags are what we call tasting notes (like wine). This is what the un-roasted beans smell/ tastes like and what brings out the coffee's taste profiles.

Q. Can I track my order? 

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your coffee’s journey.

Q. How long does shipping take? 

We have a standard fulfillment turn-around time of 2-3 business days. While we do our best to select the fastest shipping option for you at checkout, once the packages leaves our warehouse it's up to the delivery services turn-around times for delivery.

Depending on where you live, this will vary. A tracking number is included (once order is fulfilled) with your shipment so you can track your order. 

Q. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes! If you're in the Halifax area, you can select local pickup tp our sister store, The Coffee Pro at checkout for free local pickup.
